Is 126/79 BP Level Normal For One Who Previously Had Heart Attack?

Question: hi doctor, my dad has a bp level of 126/ 79...he had a heart attack earlier...so is it safe to say that this bp is normal?

yes he is on medications. stamlo beta 1.5 in the morning, ecosprin av 75mg in the noon and telma 40 mg in the night. he was also prescribed vertin 8mg because he had a head rolling a few months back
