Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I already reviewed the attached reports and the medications that you have been taking.
The reports indicate hypothyroidism, which is an underactive thyroid.
I see through the reports that the TSH level have been raised during the months of treatment.
This indicates that the medications are effective.
I suggest to continue the medications for another three month and during this period check the TSH level every month.
I also suggest to eat a healthy diet, including eggs, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!

Brief Answer:
Follow up explained below in details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
I would recommend as follows:

1) Regarding the diet, I recommend to eat fruits and vegetables, grains and seeds, all dairy products if you consume them, and non-caffeinated drinks.

2) The imbalance of the thyroid hormones can cause changes of body weight and also neurological side effects such as instability to walk.

3) Pleural effusion is related to the presence of the water in the lungs. The treatment depends on the cause.
If the cause is related to pneumonia, the treatment consists in antibiotics. It should be confirmed by a pneumologist.

Hope it helps dear.
Take care,

Brief Answer:
The consultation with a pneumologist is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

To confirm the nature of the pleural effusion it is needed to take a sample of the fluid.
This procedure is done by a pneumologist.
So, this needs to be consulted with a specialist as soon a possible to take proper treatment.

Hope my answer is helpful dear.
