Question: I need to know what these results mean. he is a 7month old baby.

Hello...any laboratory test result has to be interpreted in correlation with the symptoms of the patient.
May I request you to tell me why this lab test was ordered and what are the symptoms of the kid.
But I would like to assure you that at one glance without knowing the symptoms the test results which you have uploaded seem to be very much normal to me.

Hey has high platelets and creatine bun, alkaline. He isn't gaining wait and has a bad cough

As per paediatric standards I do not see any major problems in the creatinine or alkaline phosphatase or in the platelet count.
From the laboratory reports I would like to to tell you that there is no metabolic reason for your kid to not gain weight.
I suggest that you give high calorie diet by adding ghee to whatever you give to her.
