I am 36 year old smoker. I am bipolar, I also have generalized anxiety disorder, major depression, adhd, ocd. I went to my primary doctor due to extreme bloating in my ab. In Sept I had a very common bacteria in my stomach and was treated with antibiotics. Since then I have been VERY constipated. In the past month I pooped 4 times with the help of laxatives. I had to take 6 pills orally over a day in a half to poop. I just got back from urgent care. This is the xray findings:
2 views of the abdomen comprising a KUB series reveal a nonobstructive gas pattern (I am faily gassy)
There is no overwhelming constipation or fecal impaction (I had a bowl movement last night)
Organ silhouettes are generally obscured by the overlying bowel gas content
There is a levoconex scoliosis of lumbar spine

Impression: No evidence of large or small bowl junction by plain field exam. Skeletal deformity. Patient had 2 prior exams in 2020 for the same complaints. Follow up contrast enhanced CT imaging of the abdomen and pelvis.

My stomach is VERY bloated. My Uncle on my Dad's side had colon cancer. My mother has a couple of family members who have MS. My symptoms mirror those of MS.

I take these psych meds:
Adderall
Klonopin
Paxil
Thorazine
Fluoxetine

Symptoms I have that reflect MS are:
Intense need to urinate at night. Trickling urine after I pee
Sciatic spams first on left lower back now moved to right lower back
Facial pain and numbness
Poor circulation in feet (they go white)
Restless leg syndrome
Occasional jerking of hands and legs (non painful)
At times difficulty swallowing
severe constipation
Muscle spasms.

I had my blood work done in Sept of this year. Everything was in normal range including my thyroid. I am 5'9 and weight 185 lbs. I gained a lot of weight after the death of my beloved Pug. I do not workout but I need to start. I do not eat healthy and I do not drink enough water. I have sleeping issues as well. Difficulty falling asleep due to my racing mind.

Brief Answer:
The report indicates the presence of gas in the intestine

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I already reviewed the attached reports.
The report indicates the presence of gas in the intestine.
On of the common causes of gas in the intestine is the intolerance to certain foods.
Another possible cause can be eating too much of certain foods such as spicy foods or sugar.
I recommend to use Simethicone medication which is an over the counter medication to treat bloating.
I also recommend avoidig spicy foods or sugar.
Take daily probiotics and drink a lot of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
