Brief Answer:
My suggestion.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your reports and can find that there is Iron deficiency anaemia.

There is rise in serum amylase, as it is related to pancreatitis. So,please let me know if you have any symptoms of indigestion or any abdominal pain?

Bad cholesterol is little raised, which may have cardiac risk, as cardio C-section reactive protein is increased.

So, I would like to advise you to consult cardiologist with these reports for further evaluation and guidance.

Vitamin D is also decreased, which could be due to pancreatic problem.

So, hope this information would help you.
Feel free to ask any further questions.
Thank you.

Hello madam,
Welcome back,

I have gone through query in detail and understand your concern

But, nothing to worry as menstrual periods doesn't have any effect on these investigation.

You can take pain killers like Buscopan to combat your abdominal pain if it is not associated with any vomiting.

Please consult your doctor regarding this medication and follow accordingly.

Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.

Hello madam,
Welcome back,

I have gone through your follow up query and can understand your concern regarding abdominal pain .

I can understand that it could be gynaec related.
As it is radiating from left to right. You have a history of PCOD.

So, I advise you to consult gynaecologist regarding your pain if it is not relieved from Buscopan.

Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back,

I have gone through your follow up query in detail and can certainly understand that you are worried about your cramping pain.

I may be confused with your symptom, cramping pain radiating from left to right, but actually I mean to say, it could be gynaecology related.

I'm not aware of the side effects of those drugs, that you are taking for knee injury.

Anyway, I would suggest you to get an ultrasound abdomen done.

Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.

Hello madam,
Welcome back,

I understood that your ultrasound findings were normal. So, if you are worried about pancreas , you can get serum amylase levels checked.

But, I feel it could be gynaecology related, you need to get examined by gynaecologist once.

So, I would advise you to consult gynaecologist to help you.

Thank you.
