I Have Cold For More Than 4 Months And I
Question: I have cold for more than 4 months and i don't have any symptoms related to cold like coughing or running nose but cold still present but sneeze sometimes.

No I don't have fever. I have taken X-Ray by July and also complete blood test but it didn't show any evidence of any disorder, if necessary will do it once again.

If these tests are negative then most probably it's allergy only. It is mild in your case, and you can take only Tab Cetrizine as needed for sneezing. No need to take medicines regularly for mild allergy. Montelukast is not needed for you.
Try to find the allergen in your case. Avoid polluted air. Allergy testing can be done in a bad case.
