Question: I have been working from home since last few months and seems like that has lead to GERD or acidity kind of situation. I feel difficulty in swallowing food (seems like its stuck) and after burps and drinking water it goes away after some time. Also I experience difficulty in breathing at times along with dry coughing. I also have constipation since last 5-7 days. I dont have fever or running nose or anything. I have started eating light and small meals. Also tea , coffee stopped etc. I took aciloc for 4 days then switched to pantocid DSR since last 4 days basis advice from my brother in law who is a paediatrician. Situation has improved slightly but not 100. At times I still feel breathless. I got a throat X-ray and thyroid test done. The reports are normal. Please advise.
