I Have A Lump On My Leg And A Rash
Herpes 2 genitalis possible. Get tested for STD.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The lump ( swollen lymph node) that you are having in your leg us significant for infection or inflammation. The rash that you are having and also the lump in your thigh signify that the rash is with infection origin.
Most probably it can be related to herpes 2 virus infection or genital herpes. It can be transmitted with sexual contact either anal or vaginal. In this case rash is sore, painful blister. So you can get tested for STD and especially for herpes 2 as soon as possible.
Another possibility can be folliculitis or inflammation of hair follicles in the bum skin. In this case the bumps are not that sore and it is a bacterial infection. Antibiotics may be needed in this case or antibiotics ointment.
Hope I have answered the question.

I see the lump you are having and it looks like a lymph node. Also I can see the rash and it looks like genital herpes.
You may need to get tested for herpes 2 genitalis and doing a PCR test and viral culture.
If the diagnosis is confirmed by your doctor you may need to take antivirals such acyclovir tablets 400 mg three times daily.
Drop of immunity may have caused the rash to come out.
Detailed Answer:
I don't believe that it can be related directly to cold.
The cold may have caused the immunity to drop and it may have made it easy to burst. Probably you have been infected times ago and you didn't experienced any rash or lesions and this drop of immunity may have caused the bursting of infection and the rash to appear.
