Question: I have a couple whitish spots on what appears to be my palatoglossal arch. I have taken some pics and video to get an opionion. The ENT I went to go see isint doing endoscopy because of covid. I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction with some pics and video.

Hii. Welcome to the healthcare service. It looks like you are having pharyngitis. Are you having breathing difficulty, fever, headache? If you having any of the above symptoms then you can contact nearby hospital for Covid testing. Else do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation. No need to start any antibiotic at present. Take vitamin supplements. Take any antacid. If it is due to ang viral or bacterial infection then it will settle with time. You can do betadine gargle. If it's worsens over a period of 2-3 days then you can start augmentin and tablet levocetrizine. Please review if you have any queries.

I did start taking Omeprazole 20mg for 4 days but stopped because I didnt think it was changing anything
