Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

I have gone through it and would like to offer some information.

If possible, please upload your sonogram report.

Yolk sac should be visible when the gestation sac is about 20 mm. in size and fetal pole is usually visible when the sac is 25 mm.

Your hCG levels are consistent with your age of pregnancy. To know if the pregnancy is progressing properly, serial serum beta-hCG titers should be done every 2-3 days. Doubling titers indicate a healthy pregnancy.

Since the gestational age through sonogram is consistent with your age of pregnancy calculated by dates, I would suggest a follow up sonogram to see how the pregnancy is growing. Further management can then be planned.

Hope you find this information useful. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
