Question: I had my last menustral cycle fifteen years ago. Never had any night sweats or other problems then. Now am having occasional night sweats, sometimes soak the bedsheets night sweats. Is this normal or something else?

There are several conditions that cause night sweating they may be:
*Infectious disease like tuberculosis or HIV.
*certain cancers such non hodgkin lymphoma or hodgkin lymphoma.
*certain medications such advil, aspirin, Paracetamol, antidepressants etc.
* hyperthyroidism
*hypoglycaemia etc
You should do a total blood count first and a blood chemistry to help me through diagnosis.
