Brief Answer:
Probably contact dermatitis, please attach the photos.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms seem to be related to contact dermatitis.
It is a reaction of the skin from certain allergens.
Please, attach a photo to help me through the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, I suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily to relieve the rash.
I also suggest to use Calamine lotion for local application.
I recommend to avoid the contact with alcohol, which can trigger the rash.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
