Brief Answer:
Too early to predict the cause...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you have no travel history or had close contact with anyone who had travel, it is not likely to be 'COVID-19'. So don't be overly worried.

Start paracetamol tablet for pain relief. Drink plenty of fluids and rest for few days. Stem inhalation can also benefit you. In addition I will urge you to maintain personal hygeine. Cover mouth and nose while coughing or sneezing and wash hands frequently.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any other information.

Regards
