Brief Answer:
Antifungals will be the treatment of choice.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

I have gone through the pictures.

The symptoms and signs are typically suggestive of a severe form of dandruff of seborrheic dermatitis. As you may be knowing it is a kind of fungal infection.

In your case, the disease is disseminated and involves face and eyes.

As of now you can use over the counter available antifungal shampoo like ketoconazole and use the shampoo on alternate days.

Separate treatment is required for face lesions. Over the counter, an available antifungal-steroid combination like Clotrimazole-Betamethasone can be applied after cleaning with soap and water.

Generally, the symptoms will improve with eight to ten days.
If there is spread of disease or worsening of symptoms, you need to start on oral antifungals after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks
