Question: I am 25 year old male having very high stress level. I am having a terrible cold with no fever but having lots of gas. I am also sweating in the Ac. Need some info regarding this

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

You have a lot of stress and anxiety which cause hot flashes and sweating due to sympathetic overstimulation.
Anxiety also leads to stomach upset,hyperacidity and gas.

Reduce your stress levels and do not over think.
Start meditating.
Practice relaxation techniques and belly breathing.
Get counselling if needed.

Take antihistaminics like Levocetrizine or Loratidine for cold and coryza.
Go for steam inhalation.

For gas,take light meals,don't overeat and be physically active.
Avoid fatty meals,caffeine,alcohol and gassy foods like beans.
Avoid talking during meals and aerophagia.
As I told you,de stress yourself and take a good night sleep of 8 hours.
Keep yourself well hydrated.
You can take PPI like Pantaprazole 40 mg once a day,before the meals to relieve the symptoms.
