Brief Answer:
Vitamin D insufficiency can lower immunity.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice

I don't think that itching, rash, IBS , hemorrhoids can be related to vitamin D deficiency.
Dress and vitamin D can lower immunity and both can cause IBS and favourites shingles.
Diarrhea is caused by IBS.
The vaginal itching may be related to thrush but since it is subsiding it is not much important now.
I think you should take vitamin D to improve imunitetit and try to relieve stress.

Hope I have answered the question .

Brief Answer:
Shingles is not contagious but you can give chickenpox to them

Detailed Answer:
Shingles can also give rash on face but it is typically a vesicular rash ,vesicles filled with fluid that burst .
Shingles is not contagious which means that you can't give shingles to a person but you can give him chickenpox if a person has never had it usually to early life.
Most of the people get chickenpox in early life and the virus stays dormant in nerves and later it can be reactivated causing shingles through the nerve trajectory on skin.
