How To Use Mankind Unwanted Kit For Termination Of Unwanted Pregnancy?
Question: Hi my gf is 7 weeks pregnant, we are planned to marry next year and we are not expecting a baby now. she refuses to come to doctor to abortion so, we decided to use mankind unwanted kit which is having 1 mifepriston 200mg and 4 mifepristol 200mg, she has taken mifepriston 200mg yesterday 12.30pm. It's been 20hrs and we are not seeing any signs of bleeding. How can we do now please suggest.

If se has taken mifepristoe at 1230 hrs , then she should take the next TAB MISOPROSTOL , all 4 tabs together orally after 36 hrs exactly. i. e tonight 0030 hrs.
Bleeding generally doesn't start with mifepristone , but would start after the misoprostol dose only.

Thanks for your advice, as you advised she has taken all 4 MISOPROSTOL together at 00:30 HRS today. with in 20 mins she felt abdominal pain and had bleeding and vomited the food. after that she had heavy bleeding with blood clots with some white particles. Can you please tell us what is this means and is she required to take MISOPROSTOL again as she vomited with in 20 mins of taking tablets ?

Has her abdominal cramps continuing or have decreased?
is she still passing clots ?
If yes to all , then she has to continue the remaining dosages for completing the abortion. at least 2 dosages 4 hrs apart should be taken for complete evacuation which can be later confirmed by ultrasound tomorrow.

*Yesterday she got half inch sized white clot after that no clots.
after seeing above results could you please tell us is it required to take MISOPROSTOL again.

If the bleeding has reduced and there is no pain, it is likely that she may have aborted but this can be confirmed only by an ultrasound pelvis.She may stop the misoprostol till the usg report comes in.
You may report to radiologist and ask for a ultrasound pelvis to rule out any products of conception after medical abortion.usually they don't ask for a prescription , but if they do , then you would have to get one.
