Question: What dosage can I give to my 4month old sufferin from fever. Doc told me 3.5ml every 4-6hrs. Is that fine or should I give less

I have gone through your query. Are you giving paracetamol 125mg/5ml syrup ?
The dosage depends on weight of the baby. For 10 kg this one can be given 5ml.
If 5kg then 2.5ml . If 7kg then 3.5ml every 4-6 hrs is ok. If high fever is there then only dosage per 4hrs needed otherwise dosage per 6 hrs is enough.
