How To Test For Pregnancy?
Question: my wife missed her periods by 7 days and we did a pregnancy test which came negative but after an hour or so we saw a very faint second line so thought that she would be pregnant and decided to go for the mtp kit. 1 tab she took the first day of mife.
2nd day- 1 tab orally of misoprostol and 1 tab vaginally
3rd day- 1 tab orally of misoprostol and 1 vaginally
and still the periods didnt start.
then she took 2 tab of misoprostol vaginally.
periods have not yet started. what should be done? is she still pregnant? should we take another pregnancy test? and since she always has regular periods we are worried as we dont want a child right now. waiting for your reply.

The second line should appear immediately..So it is necessary to know whether she is pregnant.. get a pregnancy test with early morning sample.. If still in doubt, get a hcg blood test.. Value greater than 10 indicates positive pregnancy..
When was the last pill taken? Only pregnant women respond to it.. Nonpregnant women may or may not bleed.. It varies from person to person.. So get the pregnancy test confirmed prior to any other action..

last night the last 2 pills of misoprostol were taken vaginally. does taking the pill in non pregnancy delays the periods? i will surely take the pregnancy test again. and does the pillls taken affect the pregnancy test in any form?
