Will getting records from NZ likely reduce ost/need to get blood tests.

I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.

Different countries have their own trends and if your son goes to a private clinic, the fee may be even higher for the services and is logical too.

Usually on an average in UK a doctor visit to a Family Physician costs USD=$175.
If he needs Dermatologist visit fee may range from $300-$500.
Blood work depends on the sole discretion of the physician what he needs to go for and rates vary accordingly. It is obvious that a Physician needing more tests will cost more on the pocket of your son. Roughly we can say he may need upto $500 if not specific and sophisticated tests are done and the physician goes for just regular blood work.
Yes if he gets the blood work from NZ and goes to the Physician with those pre-hand labs the cost of the treatment will be far far less. Blood work will not be done and there will also be a quick response from the physician and I am hopeful that in this case Family Physician will himself give him the treatment script without referring to the dermatologist.

If your son gets a Prescription drugs script from his already treating Physician and he shows that script to any Low Cost walk through clinic in UK, any Practitioner can give him the local script same as he will show and it will expedite the process and he will experience no trouble by missing a dose.
