How To Reduce Weight Inspite Of Having Fatty Liver?

Question: Had an ultrasound earlier this week and was told I have the beginning of a fatty liver. I am only 25 and would like to stop this before it gets worse.

I am about 100lbs overweight. What is a good amount of weight to lose each week at a steady pace?

What are some good foods that will help my liver to correct itself? Thanks!

If possible kindly upload reports.

Fatty liver: It is mostly due to your diet habits and overweight. You need not to worry about fatty liver and this is not a serious problem.
You need to reduce your weight by doing physical exercises and maintaining diet.
You should lose 1-2 pound each week.
If possible I suggest you join in a gym and do exercises with gym master instruction.

Food suggestions:
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables like salads, fiber contains food like oats.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat small meals more times. Avoid late night food and eat 2 hours before food.
Eat nuts like almonds and whole grains, cereals.
Avoid sweets, chocolates and muffins.
Avoid heavy, fatty, oily, junk food.
Get enough sleep.
Avoid alcohol if you consume and smoking.
