How To Get Rid Of Sebaceous Cysts On Forehead?
Question: I have skin sebaceous on fore head since 1.6 years . One month ago , I found treatment for this and that is some kind of injection or surgery which is temporary treatment I guess . I am in search of some medicine that can burn it out completely and remove it from forehead skin . Could you please advise me ?

I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.From the description it seems you are having sebaceous cyst but there are conditions like skin tags, warts, granuloma telengiectasia etc which mimic sebaceous cyst.
Therefore, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.

Thank you for posting the pictures.
Yes these are indeed sebaceous cysts.
These cysts are pretty common over forehead, scalp, back etc
Usually these cysts donot warrant any treatment unless and untill it is bothersome because of size or secondary infection or for cosmetic reason.
In your case, these cysts are on forehead and they should be removed for cosmetic reason.
The best way to remove these cysts is complete excision of cysts along with its walls. These surgery is very simple day care procedure done under local anesthesia and gives excellent results.
For best cosmetic results, ideally after surgery the stitches should be taken in subcuticular fashion.
Dont try other methods like ayurvedic medicines or electrocautery as it will not give good results and can cause cosmetic disfigurement of your forehead skin.
Discuss all these details which I have mentioned with your dermatologist or surgeon.

in pics which I shared with you , first time I had only the bigger cyst but after some time one more cyst was grown up besides the bigger one . I just fear if one by one cysts will keep on growing then it will damage my forehead skin and I will look horrible .

To control further outbreaks you can take capsule isotretinoin 30mg twice a week for 6-8 weeks. But these medicine will not be able to treat the current cysts.
