Hi there.
First, shave the area taking care to shave in the direction of the grain.
Second use a cream !% eflorinithine twice/daily for a month (Efflora may be a trade name).
Third & the best option is to go in for 'laser' hair removal that is 90% + permanent solution..Diode or Nd-Yag lasers are best for this & you may contact a dermatologist nearest you who has either machine!
