Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
There isn't much you can do about it.The hematoma formed will take it time to resolve completely that can be up to several weeks depending on the size and localization.
A hematoma is formed from rupture of small blood vessels in soft tissue (skin ,muscle ) due to injury. This amount of blood will be absorbed gradually.
Applying hot compresses several times a day will speed this process.
You just need to rest and give it some time to resolve. If the area is very swollen ,tender and very painful you may consult your doctor and he can decide to drainage the hematoma to relief the symptoms.Otherwise you just need to give it some time.
You can apply an antiinflammatory cream like Voltaren.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

If the area of hematoma is tender ,swollen and painful you may need to consult your doctor again and he may decide to drain it with a small incision.
If the area is not swollen and the discomfort is mild you may continue another week with hot comresses ,anti-inflammatory cream like Voltaren for some days.
If it is still painful consult your doctor again.
