How To Determine Ovulation Dates While Trying To Conceive?

Question: Attched is a screen shot of my menstration cycles. Im currently on my menstral right now its light itll end in 2 days. My question is what day is best for me to try and have a baby? Or is it possible for me??

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I have read your question and see your report .

From your report your cycle is long and your ovulation time will be around day 21 of your cycle , counting as the first day of your cycle the first day of vaginal bleeding .

Hence wile you are trying to conceive you should have intercourse one day yes and one day no from day 18 of your cycle .

During this time try to eat a rich diet of fruits, liquids and exercise daily .
You can start and 400 microgram folic acid .
