(1) What kinds of things are stressing you? Is it in work, at home, with your partner or whatever. Tell me what, if anything, is stressing you and how it effects you.
(2) What have you tried to relieve this? Yoga, medication, alcohol, sports. What, if anything, seems to relieve your stress?
(2) About your high blood pressure? What are your most recent readings?
