Question: My sugar level today is fasting 191; PP 395 and HbA1C 9.60%; Present medication is
Amaryl M2 - 1 Tablet before food & Sugamet MC 500 - 1 Tab after food, both times:
How do I control this?

Dear sir, greetings from HCM, I understand your concern.

Your sugar levels are too high. You need lifestyle changes with medications. You take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and fiber rich diet. Take food made of millets, oats and sprouts. Take good amount of proteins and avoid carbohydrates. You need exercise at least walk for one hour a day. You need to avoid stress try ways to relax.

Try to practice meditation and yoga. Try all these for a period of two months. Later if the sugar levels are still high you need to switch over to insulin injections.
