Thanks for your query. I understand your difficulty in controlling your emotions. It is referred to as emotional incontinence. It is part of the personality structure of many individuals. I would suggest counting one to hundred after closing the eyes along with visualising the numbers as well as deep breathing exercises during the time when you want to defer expression of your emotions. Yoga and meditation might benefit you. Distraction techniques like music and sports are also advised. Do clarify further if required. Wish you good health.
