Brief Answer:
It may be due to fatigue/stress.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I can understand your concern. As per your history, I think lack of sleep may be due to any stress, fatigue, worry, anxiety, medications. Let me know please whether are you taking any medications for blood pressure?

Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying conditions. I'd suggest you consult with physician for detailed examination. Along with that be stress free, Do regular exercise for at least 30 mins, do relaxing exercises, yoga, meditation. Take proper diet. Kindly follow if you have any query. Take care.
