Question: I had an ingrown toenail removed on Wednesday. The toe is still painful and is not getting better.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached image. It may take some time (7-10 days) for some recovery to occur. Apply some antibiotic drops (like Ciplox [ciprofloxacin] eye drop [eye drop does not matter]) as well as some antifungal drops (like Candid [clotrimazole] lotion) topically and it shoud soon be fine.
