Brief Answer:
Caffeine withdrawal symptoms could last up to two months.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Caffeine withdrawal symptoms can last from one week to about two months especially in heavy caffeine users.

Stomach discomfort is a possible side effect of caffeine that may be related to gastritis or even gastroduodenal ulcus in some cases, this possible side effect should be evaluated further.

In my opinion, you should use an antiacid drug for about one month ( Omeprazole 2x20mg for example) in order to calm down stomach problems.

If stomach problems continue after antiacid use, there is need for a Gastoesophageal endoscopy evaluation.

Anxiety or chest discomfort is a side effect of caffeine use too, and should subside with time.

Hope this helps. I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Best regards.
