Running nose is usually due to allergic cause which is often associated with such infections. Giving some antiallergic drops like Atarax Drops 0.5 ml thrice daily should provide relief. However, irrespective of treatment it usually spontaneously resolves in 5-7 days.Use Nasoclear Saline Nasal Drops in case of nose block.
