Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

I want to see present condition of your both knee joints, so upload your xray of both knees standing in AP view.

Pain knee replacement cases may be due to lack of proper physiotherapy, as its seen that patients after replacement stop doing physiotherapy after a period of time.

So do physiotherapy daily and upload your xrays, till then have tab.aceclofenac100mg+serratiopeptidase15mg thrice a day by prescription of your family doctor.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Don't go gym without discussing with doctor, physiotherapist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the response my friend.

You are confusing physiotherapy with gym exercise, this happens with many.

You shouldn't do knee exercise in gym without discussing it with your doctor and physiotherapist..

Simply going to gym and doing exercises without discussing it with your doctor, physiotherapist will lead to problems like you have.

That is why I have asked you xray also.

Thanks,
