Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotics and pain killer

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I received your email but I could not find any attached Images. You may try to upload Images again so that I can view the skin condition.
Judging by your complaints you seem to have an infected eczematous condition. I would empirically suggest a course of an oral antibiotic e.g Amoxicillin 500mg or cephalexin 500mg, thrice daily for a week.
In addition I would suggest an oral antiinflammatory/ painkiller e.g ibuprofen or diclofenac, twice daily.
You may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg for symptomatic relief from itching.
I would be able to help you more if I can view the Images.

Regards
