Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your painless rash on the inside of cheek needs not to be necessarily cancerous and can be due to causes like irritation caused by any sharp tooth, cheek bite etc..

But for better understanding please answer the following questions..

1.Is the rash raised from the mucosa or is only just a discolouration?
2.Is it reducing in size or still the same?
3.Do you have any habits like tobacco chewing, smoking etc?
4.Do you have cheek biting habit?

If possible please send a clear image of the rash..

Please revert back with answers..

Regards..

Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your answers and the image to seems like either a broken blood blister or can be a red lesion known as Erythroplakia..

But for exact diagnosis you need to see an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a biopsy can be done for diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now you can apply steroid ointment over it like Kenacort..
Do warm saline gargle and suck ice pops..

Hope this helps..

Hi..
Welcome back..

Erythroplakia is not cancerous but it needs to be first diagnosed before you can get tensed about it.

So do not worry as it can be reversed but should get evaluated..

Hope this helps..

Thank you Doctor.

Last night I rinsed/washed my mouth with Saline and vinegar water.
And this morning I noticed that the colour has changed to a paler red and the outer layer is a bit more white.

Please refered to the new pictures I have attached.

Thank you.

I await for your answer

Kind regards
