How Can A Bump Under My Right Chin Be Treated And Cured?

Question: Hi, under my right chin/jaw parallel to the corner of my lip, I can feel a slight bump under the skin on my jawline, and next to that a ball under the jaw. people have told me it could have been because of infected eczema, but after taking my medication it seems to persist. I'm comparing this to my left side, and I'm not sure if it's a difference in muscle because I only chew on one side. Any suggestions? Thank you ð

Hi, Its located here. The bit on my jawline feels like a bump, while next to it under the jaw, it feels like a a semi hard ball around 5cm. I couldn't get a picture of it as it doesn't show up on the outside.

Based on your description, it's unlikely to be related to eczema. You need to consult an oral physician to examine the area. An excisional biopsy can be planned if the lesion/bump is suspicious to determine the tissue diagnosis on histopathology.

Eczematous lesions are unlikely to resolve as lumps or bumps or swelling which you described.

Other possibilities include an infected cyst, a lymphadenopathy , a benign or malignant tumor and reactive inflammatory response of the local tissue.
