Hii. It's very crucial yo get full assessment of immune system. You can get a routine blood counts, complete blood count, platelet count. You can get CD4 and CD8 count and their ratio. Get all your liver and renal function test. You better consult an haematologist which deals with immunology also. You can give a throat swab for culture. If possible get a full leucocyte count with differential percentage and B and T lymphocyte count.
