Brief Answer:
least chances of further complications at 16 hrs of mosquito liquid intake.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the intensity of mosquito liquid ingestion in
body depends upon its concentration, absorption from stomach and body
response via various mechanics.

* In general, as 16 hours have lapsed and you feel only slight feverish, there
are least chances of further complications from this point onward.

Though I prefer a primary physician check up at this point, and you are not willing to go to doc, additional guidelines would be better at this stage

- Drink more liquids as possible to flush out the possible micro particles in
the stomach.
- Prefer to consume easily digestible food stuffs and avoid junk foods, spices
and dairy fat at present.
- No medications like paracetamol or others should be taken to suppress
fever which may mask any underlying sign of toxemia.

Immediately consult at ER if

- feeling of abnormally fast or low pulse, heart rate
- high grade fever
- severe muscle cramps or body ache
- vomiting
- burning abdomen
- vertigo or blurring of vision
- body tremulousness
- any other abnormal findings

Hope this will help you for sure.
Wish you best health.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
discrepency in amount in two conversations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the follow up.

* In your first narration, amount mentioned was 5-10 drops which is hardly
around 0.5 ml and current explaination is 5-10 ml which is a quite big
difference from clinical perspective and may pause issues at various body
system.

I would recommend a visit to primary care provider for evaluation of basic parameters as pulse, blood pressure and get necessary guidelines to avoid any panic condition.

Thank you.

but is 5-10 ml enough to cause any sort of serious damage in the body?
