Brief Answer:
Due to persistent vomiting

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but most probably the fatigue and lack of concentration are due to dehydration and body exhaustion from the continuous vomiting.. It is important to diagnose the cause of persistent vomiting.. I would recommend that you get a stool analysis together with abdominal ct scan to detect the cause.. On the other hand hypothyroidism needs to be excluded by a blood test for T3, T4 and TSH levels, also hepatitis markers tests are recommended to exclude hepatitis A, B or C as a cause of elevated liver enzymes. I hope you find this helpful
