Brief Answer:
A number of causes
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be an indication of an arising health condition or due to unhealthy diet or excessive working out.. i would recommend that you increase intake of vegetables and fruits in order to increase vitamin absorption.. Although if you have been working out then I would recommend that you take it easy on yourself to avoid salt and water retention post working out.. if you have not been working out and have been eating healthy then I would recommend that you get a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile including T3, T4 and TSH to exclude hypothyroidism.. Also please get a blood test for blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial together with HbA1c level to exclude insulin resistance.. I hope you find this helpful
