Question: Hi, I would like somebody to take a view at this scanners and let me know his or her feedback. These are CAT scans on the Lung during a hospital visit. The person was diagnosed with pneumonia but does this also shows any abscess?

Sputum culture

Tuberculosis skin test

High resolution CT examination of the chest

Tuberculosis should be excluded as a suspected diagnosis in this case.
