Brief Answer:
Need evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As per your description these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance or due to carcinoma ( endometrial and cervical cancer)
But as you achieve menopause, you should rule out carcinoma.
Get your pelvic ultrasound to see the other causes of your symptoms.
As your endometrial thickness is more, you have to go for hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy to rule out endometrial carcinoma.
You should go for vaginal pap smear to rule out cervical cancer.
Get your thyroid profile, hemoglobin and vaginal pap smear test also.
For excessive bleeding you can use medication.
you have to take high protein diet and lots of vegetables and fruits, you can take iron and calcium supplements.
It is normal at your age to bleed like this due to hormonal changes because of your age,no need to worry about it.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck

Brief Answer:
No it is not normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
No it is not normal ( sorry typing error maybe) and postmenopausal bleeding should be evaluated in view of carcinoma.
So get yourself investigated for the same.
