Question: Hi, I am M22 on no medications and usually active and healthy person. I have consulted about 3 doctors over here so far but couldn%E2%80%99t get any satisfactory answer. Hope you can help me out. About a month ago I went to a hooker and received unprotected oral from her, she kissed me before too, but I kinda pushed her away, she did manage to do a 3 minute tongue kiss%5B I saw her spitting blood afterwards, maybe it was tobacco idk, but I feel it was blood). I was with her for 30 minutes. When I was about to leave, I suddenly felt something coming up my throat and water coming out of my salivary glands, I started gagging and spitting, it was right away after receiving oral. It was so bad that I kept on spitting and the water kept on coming in my mouth. I reached home, brushed my teeth and used alcohol as mouth wash as I wasn%E2%80%99t having any mouth wash with me at time. Suddenly, the thought of std crossed my mind, although I knew that none of the infections could show symptoms this early, but I got stressed. The next morning I went for work and ended up coming back early because I was feeling nauseated and mucusy in my throat. I slept all day and went to the doc on day 3. Told him the story and ended up getting tested for all stds. The water in mouth was still there. Next 2 days were really difficult, I started having throat pain but a really weird kind of pain. Just below my XXXXXXX apple, I felt as if someone was chocking my throat and had a pinching pain. I ate something on my lunch break and felt that I had something stuck in my throat. I got so bad that I ended up finishing work early and reached Ed. Told the doc my story and they took tests for bacterial, viral swab and minonuclei. One week in, I couldn%E2%80%99t eat anything due to nausea. Throat pain was there but nil pain on swallowing. In one weeks time my doc called me and said all the tests were negative but I%E2%80%99ll need to get tested for hiv in 3 months. I told him about my throat and he gave me esmaprazole. The medication helped with throat pain, but I had fullness, bloating, burping and nausea which didn%E2%80%99t go away, along with excessive saliva. So much so that I am only eating one meal a day with great difficulty.

It has been 4 weeks in with the gastric issue, and I almost convinced myself that it%E2%80%99s all anxiety related when I developed a swollen lymph node in my right groin which is tender and was reddish in color initially. I went for the ultrasound and turns out that I%E2%80%99ve actually got 2 cysts, one superficial and other deep in groin. I have been getting pain in my stomach at times but burping and nausea is Persistent, so is watery mouth. It%E2%80%99s the end of 1 month today but I still have these symptoms that are not just going away.

All the docs that I have been to so far are trying to put it on anxiety.

My question is. Is it actually anxiety, I don%E2%80%99t feel emotionally anxious at the moment. Moreover, when I got the symptoms I wasn%E2%80%99t even thinking about any STDs, so there%E2%80%99s no point of being anxious around that time.

Secondly my symptoms started straight away after receiving oral and they were not mild at all. What can cause such symptoms this early? Can it be some sort of infection.

Thirdly I%E2%80%99ve got a 2 cysts in groin now. Is it still right for me to believe that it%E2%80%99s anxiety related.
If it%E2%80%99s not anxiety related what possible things it can be.

I really request you to go through all this. I%E2%80%99ve been really struggling a lot due to this issue now.

I see. But i never had gerd before. can it be possible that i got some kind of bug from her while kissing her that caused my gerd? as ive heard that the bidy reacts to the pathogens by secreting acid?

secondly ive git my ultrasound done and its not a swollen lymph node, its actually a cyst. can a std cause a cyst? or can any other infection cause a cyst?

i have been having these symotoms eversince. it has been one minth now. What stds do mimic the symptoms that i am having
what stds can cause cyst in the groin?
