Hi . I Am 20 Yo Male . Have Had

Question: Hi . I am 20 yo male . Have had problems like frequent urination , dribbling urine , for like , as far as i remember 5 , 6 years . Never had any pain or blood . Had some UTI symptoms though . But ignored it . Now , since past 4, 5 days , i am having a constant feeling between anus and scrotum . Not pain . Some uncomfortable feel , as if somebody softly touches you with finger tips . Ashamed to say kind of orgasm - like

Never had any problem like this before . No blood in urine or stool , ever . I got tested for blood sugar and Urine and stool analysis :

Blood sugar (fasting) : 92

Normal values in urine and stool analysis

Will tomorrow give urine for urine culture ( UTI )

Could it be prostate enlargement , because i have read on internet and symptoms feel like so . Now i am scared shitless , that my prostate will be removed . I am a virgin and never had sex . Mere thought of my prostate being removed is killing me from inside .

Please tell me what to do ?

Based on the facts that you have posted frequency for urination ,pain in perineum and scrotal region that you have is most likely to be due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis) .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Semen examination and semen culture .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the mean time start taking antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Sir i am 20 only , but i suffer from pre mature ejaculation , is it because this too . I rarely have morning wood and ejaculate under 30 sec . Can i undo this ?
I am very anxious most of time , guess stress is worsening it too

You have Early Ejaculation and not premature ejaculation.
Premature ejaculation is a term defined when one ejaculated within one minute while having sex with female partner . The early ejaculation that you have is due to excessive penile while masturbating .

Sir i got the urine culture done and it says no growth of any pathogen observed in 48 hrs . But i am feeling inflammation in prostate . Now what ?

Urine culture may not detect prostate infection
To be precise you have to do culture of Urethral discharge obtained after prostate prostate passage or Semen culture both these materials contain prostatic secretions and help to isolate bacteria

Get it done to help to take appropriate antibiotics
