Question: Hello doctor I am 29 year old married woman I am having sharp throbbing pain in my vagina which comes and go...no burning sensation during urination but felt like burning otherwise near my vaginal wall
I had my pap normal,ultrasound normal,ct scan of kub normal, no infection, routine urine test and culture normal, only transvaginal ultrasound revealed adenomyosis.
But I don't have any problem related to this like heavy mensuration or cramps
My doctor is also clueless what causing me pain....pelvic examination is also normal.

You need to get an MRI scan of the pelvis done to detect any abnormality and consult a neurologist to rule out any nerve compression or a nerve root irritation. Methylcobalamin supplements can be helpful in case it is a nerve related pain.

Since CT scan of only kidney bladder and ureter is done can I ask for CT scan of pelvic area.
One more thing I have to clear I had cervical ectropian with no abnormality in pap was detected in year 2014 after that I had always normal pap...never had a abnormal pap in 5years...when I ask for my doctor for hpv test along he said I don't have hpv and cervical ectropian is common and it's happened to me because of constant uti..not because of hpv.... Is he correct?

When I had pap smear it was cervico-vaginal pap and they used ayre spectula to extract cells I felt like they also extract some cells from my vagina also that is lower vagina near lips Not sure though..
So my question is if there is some abnormality in my vulva area in that part...can they detect?
I am very scared that m on the way of getting vulva cancer...although right now no physical abnormality.

Any abnormality of vulva can be detected by a physical examination that is done before a pap smear. However the swab taken does not usually detect abnormal cells of vulva.

VIN can be present without any physical symptoms. The symptoms that you are having are not related to any malignancy.
I have seen the attached image and it appears normal to me. Biopsy is not needed. Just relax.
