Pain in the upper left arm that comes and goes can have various causes. While bursitis is one possibility, there are other potential reasons for your symptoms. Some potential causes of arm pain could include:

1. Muscular strain: Overuse or improper use of the arm muscles can lead to strain, resulting in pain. This can happen due to repetitive motions or carrying heavy objects.

2. Nerve compression: Nerves in the neck or shoulder region can become compressed or pinched, causing radiating pain down the arm.

3. Tendinitis: Inflammation of the tendons in the bicep or shoulder can cause pain, especially with certain movements.

4. Rotator cuff injury: Injuries to the muscles and tendons that surround the shoulder joint, known as the rotator cuff, can cause arm pain.

To rule out above condition, see need left shoulder examination. I for that you need to visit doctor physically.

5. Heart-related issues: Although less common, some heart-related conditions like angina or a heart attack can present with arm pain. It's essential to rule out any cardiac issues, especially if you have risk factors or other symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, or dizziness.

Given your age and the fact that you're going through pre-menopause, it's also worth noting that hormonal changes can sometimes contribute to muscle aches and joint pain.

In the meantime, you can try some self-care measures such as applying ice or heat to the affected area, gentle stretching exercises, over-the-counter pain relievers (following the recommended dosage), and avoiding activities that exacerbate the pain.

Ok, then if cardiac profile is normal, healthy weight then for now you can take muscle relaxant medication like thiocolchicoside and non steroidal anti inflammatory medicine like aceclofenec.
They will reduce pain and your suffering.
Also use pain reliever gel like diclofenac gel fol local application.
Avoid lifting heavy weight.
And visit orthopedic doctor whenever possible.
I Hope Your Query is clear now.
