Question: Hello Doctor,

I am Rajesh G and 41 years old. Having following issues.

1) Pain in the Stomach and feel like full all the time, however getting hungry
2) Since my stomach is full, getting the sensation to get burbs, however not at all getting burbs.
I have been having Acid reflux / acidity problem for a while. One of the biggest issue was not getting burbs, i need to consume hot water and then i will get slight burbs and with different sound.
3) Not geting farting
4) Having pain in my chest when i am not getting burbs.
5) Having constipation problem.

1) Consuming the following medicines if case of severe issues
Thyronorm 125 MG for last 9 years
Sompraz d 20 (If I experience severe Gastro issues)
Lezuride od 70 (If I experience severe Gastro issues)
Zycolchin 0.5 MG (If constipation is high / rarely.)
Ethilam half tablet of 0.5 MG (To avoid Anxiety, however not taking frequently)
Tolagin 4mg (Consumed 2 tablets so far for neck pain)

I do not have Diabetics, High BP, No Smoking, No Drinking,

I have performed a routine checkup to see if my Thyroid and Sugar levels are normal. Found that the following values are having having slight deviation. Requesting you to please refer the report for more details.

EOSINOPHILS - 6.3 (Range 0.0 - 6.0)
TOTAL RBC — 5.73 (Range 4.5 - 5.5)
HEMOGLOBIN — 17.6 (Range 13-17)
BILIRUBIN - TOTAL — 1.78 (Range 0.3 - 1.2)
BILIRUBIN (INDIRECT) — 1.5 (Range 0 - 0.9)
SERUM GLOBULIN — 2.39 (Range 2.5 - 3.4)
LDL CHOLESTEROL -- DIRECT - 135 (Range 86 - 130)
CHLORIDE — 107.85 (Range 98 - 107)
URIC ACID — 7.76 (Range 4.2 - 7.3)

Well try following things and see how you feel
1. go for regular walk
2. avoid sleeping two hrs after meals
3. avoid heavy meals
4. exercise regularly
5. do some yoga, medication regularly
6. take high fiber diet
7. avoid excess anxiety this will help you in long term
8. good life style is very important
9. avoid excess reading on net will increase your anxiety
10. all your reports are normal such mild deviations are bound to be there including indirect rise in bilirubin which is normal in many.
Try lesuride 25 mg before lunch and dinner for 20 days and see how you feel.

Thanks a lot for the detailed Answer.

1) I have been walking regularly 8000 to 10000 steps Every Day.
2) Having dinner and going to going to bed after 5 hours. (Mostly by 05:00 AM)
3) Having Apple, Guava, Banana and other fruits regularly for the past 5 months.
4) Requesting your help to suggest for a medicine for reducing anxiety.
5) Any specific reason for not getting burbs and fart.

hello
well sleeping at 5 am is unphysiological, you need to try and ammend if possible. If that is not possible at least when you sleep need to take at least 7 hrs of sleep at a stretch.
Medication to reduce anxiety cannot be prescribed online sorry for that.

Hello Dr,

Although i sleep very late, i am continuously having at-least 6.5 to 7 hours of sleep on a daily basis and on weekends, i sleep a lot longer.

Sure, no issues about the anxiety medicine.
