Question: Hello 48 ur old here have been having upper and lower gi issues for over 2 months go gave me tecta did not work I Walt light and no spices my gp said could be a lot of gas trapped but it is painful at times I have done a complete cardiac work up in August all is good other than trace mvp any suggestions my gp also mentions something about extra colon like back up

Well looks like you have a sensitive stomach.
Worthwhile doing some basic tests if easily available and not done by you prior like cbc, crp, sgpt tsh, and stool (routine with occult blood x 2 samples).
Also try following things and see how you feel
1. go for regular walk
2. exercise regularly
3. sleep adequately for 7 to 8 hrs a day
4. do some mind relaxation techniques like meditation yoga etc
5. increase fluid and fiber intake
6. avoid excess junk, oily, tea coffee aerated drinks
7. avoid sleeping 2 hrs after meals
8. reduce excess use of gadgets instead use books / gardening etc for recreation
all this will help you in long run.
