Having Consistent Problem With The Digestion And Fatigue. Cure?
Question: i am 36 and having consistent problem with the digestion
1.heaviness after taking meal
2.excessive belching after meal
3.mild pain which travel in stomach
4.fatique
5.pain in lower legs
i am a professor,
take small meal generally papaya bowl in morning
lunch at 1 pm
dinner at 9,9.30 pm
having a habit of drinking excessive tea
kindly recommend the solution

I would suggest you reduce you intake of tea to a maximum of two cups a day
Manage your stress levels
Add a probiotic, antacid and a digestive enzyme, to your daily routine for two to three weeks
If this does not work go for a stool examination & revert back
