Brief Answer:
Oral infections, bacterial and viral infections.

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,

Welcome to XXXXXXX

The above symptoms which you have mentioned could be a result of oral infection like infected or broken tooth causing submandibular gland swelling, any impacted wisdom tooth, salivary gland swelling.

Other than this it could be due to viral infection like laryngitis, herpangina, bacterial infections like streptococcus mutants.
Inflammation or infection of tonsils or sometimes adenoids.
Inflammation of epiglottis or uvula.

Throat irritation due to low humidity, smoking, air pollution.
Allergies, mouth breathing habit.
Stomach acids that back into the throat causing gasteroesophageal reflux disease.

Complete examination and evaluation by the Dentist and ENT specialist is required, if it associated with tooth then you may require a radiological evaluation.

At home go for symptomatic treatment like lukewarm saline gargles to give soothing effect and use antiseptic mouthwash gargles.

Hope you find this as informative and helpful,

In case of any other queries, i will be glad to answer.

Wishing you a healthy recovery!
